KEVIN HOCHHALTER

Kevin Hochhalter is the founder of Olympic Appeals PLLC in Lacey, Washington. After seven years handling civil litigation and appeals at a small firm in Olympia, Kevin founded Olympic Appeals to serve trial attorneys by taking the load of an appeal off your back so you can focus on what you do best in the trial courts. Kevin has handled over 100 appeals in Washington's appellate courts, with a solid record of success.

Kevin is a member of the Washington Appellate Lawyers Association, a selective organization whose members are chosen for their significant experience and skill in appellate practice. He was selected to the Washington Super Lawyers list for Appellate Law from 2022-24 and the Rising Stars list from 2018-2020. He has been a presenter at multiple CLEs on the subject of appeals.
