Juliet Laycoe has practiced law since 1998. She is admitted to both the Washington State Bar and Oregon State Bar. Her practice emphasizes family law, including divorce, child support and parenting plan issues, guardianship, estate planning and estate administration. Juliet graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and Sociology and Lewis and Clark Law School in 1998 with a Juris Doctor. She is a trained mediator and collaborative divorce attorney. She also serves as a pro tem court commissioner for Clark County Superior Court.
Juliet is a member of the Family Law and Elder/Guardianship/Probate Sections of the Clark County Bar Association. She regularly volunteers for the CCVLP. She is a founding member of the George and Donald Simpson American Inn of Court in southwest Washington. She served on the Clark County Superior Court Bench Bar Committee from 2000 to 2004.
