I am a trial attorney, with the experience you need to help navigate contested proceedings. I primarily litigate in the areas of felony and misdemeanor criminal defense. However, I have experience litigating: contested TEDRA (probate and trusts) actions; civil protection order proceedings (defending and prosecuting); family law matters involving complex self-employeed business issues; personal injury; and other general civil litigation cases (neighbor disputes; contract disputes; protection order defense, etc). I have deep roots in Clark County and litigate contested proceedings throughout Washington (for the right case).
