 When you or someone you care about is charged with "Driving Under the Influence" (DUI) in Washington, the fear can be overwhelming. For the last nine years I have focused my practice exclusively on the defense of those charged with "DUI" in Washington. During the course of my practice I have assisted over 1,000 clients through the DUI process. Even on a first offense, there exists steep potential penalties to your driver's license, personal finances, and personal liberty. My goal is to eliminate the "unknown" as best I can and then formulate a plan that we can carry out together.

My initial consultation is free. You have likely experienced a number of expenses by this point (vehicle impound, bail, etc.). It is my belief that some additional, helpful information should not have a cost.
We will thoroughly discuss all aspects of your case and discuss steps you can take immediately to improve your case. I will take detailed notes throughout our meeting, gathering as much information as possible. You are the expert on circumstances that have taken place and our best witness as to what we are facing.
I will help you understand the big picture view, focusing on the criminal process in the criminal court, as well as the civil proceeding with the Washington Department of Licensing. With this information in mind we will formulate a game plan to achieve your desired result.
I will work with you financially. I offer payment plans on all DUI cases with the understanding that there are a number of financial expenses that follow shortly after charging.

    I have argued motions and trials in courts throughout Southwest Washington, including prevailing on the largest breath test suppression motion in Clark County history. DUI defense is what I do.
